Out of hours emergency

We provide our own 24 hour emergency care. If your call is during the night or at the weekend whilst our clinic is closed, please contact our Ringwood hospital on 01425 473683.

We believe that in order to offer the best possible service to our clients and their pets, we need to be there for you whenever you need us. Our vets are available 24 hours a day, so if your pet needs urgent treatment at night they will be able to see a familiar face in a familiar place where we have immediate access to your pet’s medical records.

We also have dedicated on-site night nurses so if your pet needs to stay with us overnight or at the weekend they will be cared for by a member of our own team.
